Our company’s single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts a single-cylinder mechanical structure, making the entire machine very compact. It eliminates numerous oil pipes and circuits, as well as many external adjustment mechanisms. Compared to spring cone crushers, this crusher has supports at both ends, enabling it to withstand greater crushing forces. The eccentric bushing design with four key positions and a perfect combination of crushing speed and crushing chamber shape allows this model to increase output by more than 35% compared to older spring cone crushers, even with the same large-end diameter and shape. Utilizing internationally leading technology, especially in fully intelligent control, the single-cylinder adjustment mechanism makes equipment adjustment extremely convenient. Even during operation, the discharge opening can be easily adjusted arbitrarily (a function impossible with spring and multi-cylinder cone crushers).
